another exchange with a classmate

well, this exchange is about an expired choco roll of my roommate. actually, it wasn't expired yet when we offered it to my classmate, but because of his delay in getting it, it went past the best before date. anyway, he still took it. and so when we were texting about this, something like this went on:
classmate: ... tell paula thanks for the cake
me: so long as hindi mo daw siya sisihin kung sumakit ang tiyan ninyo o bumula ang bibig. ubos niyo na ba?
classmate: di pa. More than half pa asa fridge. Kapag nangyari yun then i shall sue you for damages!
me: no u cant do that :) there was waiver on ur part bcoz u knew that t was already xpired.but u insistd on getting t nywy. U r estopped :)
